Furthermore she advises on regulatory capital issuances and advises issuers on the establishment and update of refinancing platforms, including EMTN and CP programmes including advice on regulatory laws and their implications on bank issuers and their creditors.

She has also worked on several high profile securitisations for leading financial institutions in asset classes including consumer loans, auto loans and lease receivables. Recently, she has been involved in developing innovative and tailored financing models for warehouse, forward flow and other asset backed and secured loan transactions, particularly in the fast growth segment including real-estate and mobility sectors.
