The entry into force of the Securitisation Regulation created not only a uniform framework for European securitisations but a quality standard for the optional fulfilment of the STS criteria. TSI is actively involved in the STS verification of European quality securitisations through its independent subsidiary STS Verification International GmbH (SVI).
