Quality standards
Developing and establishing quality standards for the securitisation market is one of TSI's most important objectives. Immediately after it was founded in 2004, TSI developed a certification process for quality securitisations on the German market and established this as an independent brand.
Provision and liquidation
The provision of German SPVs via the TSI securitisation platform has established itself as a standard on the market. It is well known to all supervisory authorities, the ECB and all other market participants. At the end of the transaction, we will be pleased to wind up the SPV on behalf of our clients.
